Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 2 August 2023, 14 August 2023 and 17 August 2023. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcement.
The Company's solicitors had notified the Company that on 21 August 2023 Mr. Ng Cheng Shin had file a Notice of Application (Intervention) (“Enclosure 18”) to be the 3rd defendant in Suit 536.
The Hearing of Enclosure 18 has been fixed on 6 September 2023.
The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
