Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and announcements dated 21 April 2026, 20 May 2026 and 13 July 2026 (collectively, "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities") wishes to announce that the Company has appointed TA Securities as its Sponsor pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the Listing Requirements on 17 July 2026.

Further, the Company has on 17 July 2026 submitted its responses to Bursa Securities' notice to show cause on the commencement of suspension and de-listing procedures pursuant to Rule 8.03A(3)(b) read together with Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the Listing Requirements as announced on 13 July 2026 to Bursa Securities.
