| I-Power intends to implement the following:- I. The share capital reduction by the cancellation of RM0.09 of the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM0.10 each in I-Power ("Share Capital Reduction") and the credit arising therefrom to be offset against the accumulated losses of I-Power; II. The consolidation of ten (10) ordinary shares of RM0.01 each into one (1) Consolidated Share after the Share Capital Reduction ("Share Consolidation"); and III. The Bonus Issue, on the same entitlement date of 28 September 2012. Hence, please be informed that the trading of the existing I-Power shares and warrants on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 25 September 2012 (being three (3) clear market days prior to the entitlement date of 28 September 2012) until the quotation of the Consolidated Shares and Bonus Shares on Bursa Securities. Hence, the last time and date of trading of the existing I-Power shares and warrants prior to the suspension will be 5.00 p.m. on 24 September 2012. This announcement is dated 13 September 2012. |
