The Board of Directors of AEON wishes to inform that the legal proceedings including arbitration, mentioned in our first quarter announcement dated 26th May 2011 in respect of the difference or dispute between AEON and BUC in relation to the refusal of BUC to renew the lease at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, has been withdrawn on 12th July 2011 as both parties have resolved the same amicably by entering into a Tenancy Agreement on 23rd June 2011 to enable AEON to operate its Departmental Store cum Supermarket at 1 Utama Shopping Centre pursuant to the terms and conditions therein contained.
