Remarks :- The payment of the first and final single tier dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 21 May 2015.
