The Board of Directors of AEON proposes to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company to amend its Articles of Association to be in line with the Companies Act 2016 and any prevailing laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines or requirements of the relevant authorities and for administrative efficiency ("Proposed Amendments").
Details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Appendix II of the Circular to Shareholders dated 28 April 2017.
