The Board of Directors of AEON (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the Company has on 25 February 2020 entered into a Tripartite Master Agreement with AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad [Registration No. 199601040414 (381566-U)] (“ACS”) and AEON BIG (M) SDN. BHD. [Registration No. 199201011156 (242659-T)] (“AB”) in respect of obtaining services from ACS and to utilise ACS’s platform to offer customers a digital payment instrument incorporating customer loyalty programme features and benefits, with integration of the loyalty points issued under the AEON Member Plus Card and AEON Wallet within the Company, ACS and AB.
