Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 3 March 2021, 30 March 2021, 22 October 2021, 12 May 2022, 18 December 2024, 8 January 2025 and 22 January 2025 pertaining to the legal suit received from Betanaz Properties Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 201201025590 (1010080-V)] ("Betanaz") in the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.
The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the Notice of Appeal filed by the Company on 23 December 2024 against the High Court's decision dated 16 December 2024, the matter has been heard by the Court of Appeal on 17 March 2026. During the hearing on 17 March 2026, the Court allowed parties to file their respective replies on or before 31 March 2026. The case management date has been fixed on 14 April 2026 to fix a decision date.
