On behalf of the Board of Directors of SKPB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that SKPB proposes to establish and implement a long-term incentive plan of up to five percent (5%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company at any point in time during the duration of the Proposed LTIP, for the eligible employees and executive directors of SKPB and its subsidiaries.
