On behalf of the Board of Directors of SEB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that as part of its strategic plan to strengthen its core businesses, which may involve the listing of its exploration and production business and exploring a possible strategic partnership for its drilling business, the Company proposes to undertake a recapitalisation exercise which will entail the following: (i) Proposed Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants; (ii) Proposed Rights Issue of RCPS-i; and (iii) Proposed Amendments.
