Reference is made to our announcement on 27 June 2019 in relation to the award to our wholly owned subsidiary, Sapura Offshore Sdn. Bhd. (“SOSB”) in respect of the Provision of Transportation and Installation of Offshore Wind Turbine Substructures for the offshore wind turbines at the Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm for Yunneng Wind Power Co. Ltd (“Yunneng”) in Taiwan (“Contract”).

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of SEB wishes to announce that SOSB had on 3 February 2022, issued a Termination Notice to Yunneng, to terminate the Contract (“Termination”) due to the material breach by Yunneng.
