At the 13th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 30 July 2024, the Company had obtained its shareholders’ approval to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with its related parties (“Shareholders’ Mandate”). The Shareholders’ Mandate will not be renewed and shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 14th AGM of the Company to be convened.
The Board of SEB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate at the forthcoming 14th AGM of the Company .
The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
