The Board of Directors of VTEB wishes to announce that the last date and time for the exercise of the Company’s Warrants 2019/2026 is Friday, 23 January 2026 at 5.00 p.m. ("Expiry Date").


Holders of the Company’s Warrants 2019/2026 should note that the Company’s Warrants 2019/2026 which are not exercised by the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable after the Expiry Date.


Warrant Holders has been notified on 22 December 2025 and may refer to the Notice of Expiry of the Warrants 2019/2026 uploaded on the Company's website at https://www.vantrisenergy.com
