Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

We refer to the Company’s first announcement dated 31 May 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company’s classification as an affected listed issuer and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

As at the date of this announcement, there have been no material developments in relation to the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements since the Company’s last announcement dated 26 September 2025 in respect of the completion of the Regularisation Plan.
