Also three years as Technical Director of BDO Binder in the late 1990s. • Member of the Technical Accounting Reference Panel of the Securities Commission of Malaysia that reviews and regulate corporate reporting of public listed companies in Malaysia. • On an engagement basis, provided written technical opinion on accounting issues like business combination, leases, intangible assets and changes in accounting policies. • Attached to an accounting firm for 10 years undertaking auditing assignment, business valuation, due diligence and IPO related activities |
