JOBST - NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 68606 OF 2013

Share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM0.20 each held in JobStreet Corporation Berhad ("JCB") into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.10 each ("Subdivided Shares").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Offer" ]
as from : [ 2 September 2013 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 4 September 2013 ]

Remarks :- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 5 September 2013 with share split JOBST shares of RM0.10 each. Any shareholder who is entitled to receive JOBST share split shares, may sell any or all of his JOBST shares arising from the share split beginning the Ex-Date (2 September 2013).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 JOBST shares on cum basis on 30 August 2013, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 4 September 2013. As a result of the share split, 200 JOBST shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 4 September 2013 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the share split shares of 200 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 2 September 2013 onwards."]
