| Working experience and occupation | Dato' Ramesh joined the Taxation practice of Price Waterhouse (PW) in 1984 and in 1985, was seconded to the Insolvency practice. He was transferred to Audit services in 1988 and from there, was seconded to a two-year posting in PW Vancouver in 1994, in the Business Consulting unit. Whilst there, he attended a post-professional Taxation course at the Simon Fraser University, British Columbia. In the past 23 years, he has gained working experience with businesses in Asia, Europe and North America, often traveling worldwide to help in the deal negotiation and execution processes. Dato' Ramesh was made Executive Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Malaysia in 1998 and immediately appointed as the Head of PwC’s Transaction Services Group (TSG). In 2005, he was appointed Head of PwC’s M&A Group in Malaysia. |
