The Board of Directors of JobStreet Corporation Berhad ("JobStreet" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from "JobStreet Corporation Berhad" to "JcbNext Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The proposed new name "JcbNext Berhad" was approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for the Company on 16 March 2016.

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company under a Special Business at the forthcoming Twelfth Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later. The Proposed Change of Name, if approved, will take effect upon the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name (Form 13) by the CCM.
