Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify Bursa Securities that Gregory Charles Poarch (the "Affected Person"), a principal officer of the Company, intends to deal in the Company's securities during the closed period. In accordance with Paragraph 14.08(a) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Affected Person will inform the Company Secretary of JCB on the details of his dealing within one (1) full market day after the transaction and an immediate announcement on the said transaction will be released to Bursa Securities.
