The Board of Directors of JcbNext wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 June 2020 obtained the approval on the extension of time to hold its Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (“16th AGM”) of the Company up to 28 September 2020 from the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Board of Directors of JcbNext will determine the appropriate date to hold the 16th AGM of the Company. The Notice of the 16th AGM of the Company will be issued in due course.
