Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to announce that JcbNext and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) had acquired securities quoted on certain stock exchanges (“Quoted Securities”) where the aggregate purchase consideration for the period from 23 June 2020 to 22 June 2021 (in the preceding 12 months), has exceeded 5% of the the Group’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2020.

The aggregate purchase consideration (including transaction costs) paid by the Group for the period from 23 June 2020 to 22 June 2021 (in the preceding 12 months), is as follows:

2. Carrying/Book Value: RM182.89 million
3. Market Value: RM263.81 million
