| The Bonus Shares will not be listed and quoted on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as it will be implemented concurrently with the following: (i) the consolidation of 2 JCB Shares into 1 new ordinary share of RM0.20 each in JCB ("Consolidated Share") after the Bonus Issue ("Consolidation"); and (ii) the transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of JCB after the Bonus Issue and Consolidation from the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Securities to the Main Board of Bursa Securities. As such, only the Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of Bursa Securities on 28 December 2007, being the market day after the books closing date, in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of JCB, will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 4 January 2008. |
