Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to announce that JCB had disposed securities quoted on certain stock exchanges ("Quoted Securities") where the aggregate disposal consideration for the period from 18 June 2025 to 17 June 2026, which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of JCB's audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2025.
The aggregate disposal consideration received by JCB for the period from 18 June 2025 to 17 June 2026 (in the preceding 12 months), is as follows:
