With reference to the Company's announcement dated 7 November 2003, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the set-up cost, selling price and cost of goods sold as stated in the said announcement were estimated figures subject to negotiation.

Query Letter Contents :
We refer to your announcement dated 7 November 2003 and your letter dated 14
January 2004 in respect of the above matter.
In this respect, we note that your announcement dated 7 November 2003 stated
that the current set-up cost of the mill using "greenwaste" technology, current
selling price and cost of goods sold as RM5.5 million, RM250 per tonne and
RM150 per tonne respectively.
We further note from your letter dated 14 January 2004 that the set-up cost,
selling price and cost of goods sold as stated in the announcement dated 7
November 2003 were estimated figures subject to negotiation.
You are therefore required to make an immediate announcement to the Exchange
to clarify the same.
