He was involved in Concession Agreement with the Government, setting up of the Continuous Air Quality Monitoring ("CAQM") and Continuous Water Quality Monitorigng stations as well as the Environmental Data Centre. He was also involved in the formulation of the training program for the CAQM specialists/technicians with the Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary, Canada. |
