The Company has obtained a commitment from one of the majority shareholder, Combine Strategy Sdn. Bhd. to purchase 100,000 warrants from the open market and thereafter to exercise its conversion to 100,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each at RM3.10 each. With this the paid-up capital would increase to RM40.0 million.
This paragraph should be read in conjunction with the 31 December 2002 Quarterly Report.
