| The Board of Directors has declared a fourth interim single tier dividend of 1.75 sen per ordinary share of RM0.20 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The Board of Directors has further proposed a final single tier dividend of 0.50 sen per ordinary share of RM0.20 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2011, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
