The report in the New Straits Times Business Section is inaccurate.
As explained earlier, Utusan Jutabina Sdn Bhd ("Utusan Jutabina") is presently working-out the mechanics by which Utusan Jutabina proposes to acquire the 30.02% stake in Prime Utilities Berhad. The Board of Directors of Idris Hydraulic (Malaysia) Bhd have not received any proposal from Utusan Jutabina.

We refer to the above article appearing in New Straits Times, Business section,
page 24, on 28 November 2000, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"... Idris Hydraulic (Malaysia) Bhd and Utusan Jutabina Sdn Bhd have finally
agreed on the re-negotiated terms for the sale of Idris' controlling stake in
Prime Utilities Bhd."
