Further to our announcements on 15 November 2000 and 17 November 2000 in respect of the above subject, we furnish herewith the following additional information for public release as requested by the Exchange:-

NET BOOK VALUE OF PROPERTY

a) To the purchaser : As the property has just been purchased by the Company (through its subsidiary, Acetai Corporation Sdn Bhd), no NBV has been captured in our accounts as yet and therefore, the information of the NBV from the Company is not applicable.

b) To the vendor : RM1,905,253.00

We refer to your announcement dated 15 November 2000 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for
public release: -
1. Salient features of the valuation report i.e. date and method of
valuation.
2. Net book value of the property.
Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within (2) market days from the
