EAH - NOTICE OF RIGHTS ENTITLEMENT

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 70553 OF 2014

Renounceable rights issue of up to 635,910,916 Rights Shares on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every one (1) existing EAH Share held, together with up to 317,955,458 free detachable Warrants C on the basis of one (1) free Warrant C for every two (2) Rights Shares subscribed for at 5.00 p.m. on 26 May 2014 at an issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue with Warrants") .

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Rights Issue" ]
as from : [ 22 May 2014 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 26 May 2014 ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/2 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 10% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/2 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
