ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2010/ 2015 OF EAH ("WARRANTS") IN RELATION TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 140,475,750 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM 0.10 EACH IN EAH ("EAH SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY TWO (2) EXISTING EAH SHARES HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 12 JANUARY 2012 ("BONUS ISSUE") ("ADJUSTMENTS")
We refer to the Company's announcement dated 27 December 2011 and the Circular to shareholders dated 8 December 2011 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
ADJUSTMENT TO THE EXERCISE PRICE OF THE WARRANTS AND THE NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS
    Pursuant to Clause 7, Conditions 3(A)(ii) of the Third Schedule and item 1(B) of the Fourth Schedule of the deed poll dated 25 November 2010 constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll"), notice is hereby given that the exercise price of the Warrants will be revised downwards from RM0.59 to RM0.40 and an additional 38,750,250 Warrants will be issued pursuant to the Adjustments.
      The adjustment to the exercise price of the Warrants will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 13 January 2012, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue on 12 January 2012, in accordance with Clause 7, Conditions 3(A)(ii) of the Third Schedule and item 1(B) of the Fourth Schedule of the Deed Poll.
        The Adjustments were made in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll in order to ensure that the status of the holders of the Warrants will not be prejudiced after the implementation of the Bonus Issue.
          The Notice to Warrant holders containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of the Warrants on 17 January 2012.
