Renounceable rights issue of up to 2,524,354,400 new ordinary shares in EAH ("EAH Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") at an issue price of RM0.02 per Rights Share on the basis of four (4) Rights Shares for every three (3) existing EAH Shares held, together with up to 1,262,177,200 free detachable warrants in EAH ("Warrant(s) D") on the basis of two (2) free Warrants D for every four (4) Rights Shares subscribed ("Rights Issue with Warrants")

Kindly be advised that EAH's:

i)     993,885,016 Warrants D issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants  will be admitted  to the Official List of Bursa             Securities and the listing and quotation of the Warrants D on the ACE Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m.,              Wednesday, 1 November 2017.

       The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants B are  "EAH-WD", "0154WD" and     "MYQ0154WDWA1.".

ii)     a)  additional 1,987,770,288 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid  Rights Issue with                                                 Warrants; 

        b)  additional 85,451,758 Warrants B arising from adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and

        c)  additional 147,961,232 Warrants C arising from adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants

        will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m.,Wednesday, 1 November 2017.
