The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of EAH ("Board"), on 25 January 2017, 20 March 2017, 21 March 2017, 1 June 2017, 6 July 2017, 7 September 2017, 12 September 2017, 15 September 2017, 25 October 2017 and 31 October 2017. On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that:- i. 1,987,770,288 Rights Shares and 993,885,016 Warrants D issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and ii. 85,451,758 additional Warrants B and 147,961,232 additional Warrants C issued arising from the adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 1 November 2017, marking the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.
