The Board of Directors of EAH ("Board") is pleased to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, namely EASS Sdn Bhd, had on 10 July 2013, accepted a Letter of Award dated 10 July 2013 issued by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia ("LHDNM") for the provision of mainframe system upgrade services for LHDNM’s central and secondary data centres (“the Project”).

The Project value is Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Nine Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Only (RM59,140,000) and is expected to be completed within six (6) months from the date of the Letter of Award and will be extended for another three (3) years for licensing and maintenance services.

Barring any unforseen circumstances, the Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the EAH Group for the duration of the Project.

The Project is in the ordinary course of business of the Company and is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any other relevant government authorities in Malaysia.

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.
