Company announcements

The Board of Directors of EA Holdings Berhad ("EAH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 July 2025 received a notice in writing from Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT on their resignation as Auditor of the Company and Group. Pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016, the term of office of Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT shall come to an end after twenty-one (21) days from the date of their notice on 17 July 2025.

Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 30 April 2025 and was to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.

The resignation of Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT is due to portfolio rebalancing and availability of resources.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters or circumstances that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement on the appointment of a new Auditor will be made by the Company in due course once it is deliberated and finalised by the Board.
