Every Director shall have full and unrestricted access to any information pertaining to the Company and Sunway REIT. The Board and its Committees may seek independent professional advice, whenever necessary and reasonable for the performance of its duties, at the cost of the Company. The Board may also seek advice from the Management or request further explanation, information or update on any aspect of the Company and Sunway REIT’s operations or business concerns.

In addition, the Directors have full and unrestricted access to the advice and dedicated support services of the Company Secretary. Each Directors should be able to communicate directly with the Company Secretary and vice versa.
