This Board Charter was adopted by the Board on 5 August 2016, amended on 2 May 2019 and further amended on 9 November 2021. Any subsequent amendment to the Board Charter can only be approved by the Board.

The Board will review this Board Charter periodically or as changes arise to ensure that the allocation of responsibilities reflects the dynamic nature of the relationship necessary for the Company to adapt to changing circumstances.
