INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT (“IAD”)

The Head of the IAD shall have unrestricted access to the members of the Committee and shall report directly to the Committee. In respect of routine administrative matters, the Head of the IAD shall report to the Executive Director or his designate.
